Planning Supervisor

Sika Vietnam is seeking a dedicated Planning Supervisor to lead and manage production planning activities, ensuring optimal production scheduling, material availability, and alignment with demand while supporting system stability (SAP) Supervisor/Manager.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules
• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams
• Monitor and adjust plans based on changes in demand, supply, or operational conditions
• Drive planning accuracy and improve forecast alignment
• Lead and coach the planning team to enhance capability and performance
• Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage inventory levels to balance service level and working capital

• Forecast accuracy (%)
• Production plan adherence (%)
• Inventory level / DOH
• Service level / OTIF
• Capacity utilization (%)

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and MRP
• Experience with SAP (PP/MM modules preferred)
• Strong analytical and coordination skills

SHUTTLE BUS TO SIKA BAC NINH PLANT

The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees Monday through Friday. The morning route picks up at 6:30 AM from Cau Giay - Thanh Xuan - Hoang Mai - Gia Lam, and Bac Ninh. The return trip to Ha Noi is at 4:30 PM.
