JOB SUMMARY
Responsible Equipment Management (Corrective & Preventive) for own PM departments in driving for the performance of problem solving for Safety/Quality, Productivity, Cost under Manufacturing Motor Unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1) Develop & Drive PM team for all the KPIs: MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), Machine downtime, and Change-over efficiency.
2) Promote a Safety & Quality First culture: Unsafe Acts/Conditions (UA/UC), Lost Injury Frequency Rate (LIFR), and risk assessments., Quality escaped, PFMEA.
3) Lead GK/VE Productivity Initiatives: Strong Financial awareness and clear numerical tracking (numeric visibility).
4) Driving for OEE improvement: Maximize equipment utilization and minimize defect losses
to improve productivity.
5) Spare Parts Management, Cost Control: MIN-MAX, Slow moving, Cost inventory.
6) Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Deploy Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and other TPM pillars.
7) Line standardization & improvement: Optimize layout, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), cycle time, UPH (Units per Hour), and Loss efficiency.
8) Maintenance optimization: Planned & Execution, Smart / Express Maintenance.
9) Team development at each level: O-chart structured, road map skill matrix, successor build up at each level for critical position.
10) Project management at general level for: NPD, NPI and other events in shop floor
Education: Bachelor of Mechanical (preferable), Electrical or Automation major
Experience: At least 3-5 years at the role of Manager level with the similar scope
Knowledge: Knowledgeable in TPM, OEE & Maintenance Optimization, CMMS system, Line Transfer, Line Set-up, and other Management characteristics
Good communication in English
