      Job Description

      • Develop and manage preventive maintenance strategies, annual maintenance plans, and schedules for production equipment and utility systems.
        Xây dựng và quản lý chiến lược bảo trì phòng ngừa, kế hoạch bảo trì năm và lịch bảo trì cho thiết bị sản xuất và hệ thống Utility.
      • Lead maintenance planning, shutdown, overhaul, and major maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
        Quản lý kế hoạch bảo trì, shutdown, đại tu và các hoạt động bảo trì lớn nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng sản xuất.
      • Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, equipment breakdown, and maintenance costs.
        Theo dõi và cải thiện các KPI bảo trì như tỷ lệ hoàn thành PM, MTBF, MTTR, sự cố thiết bị và chi phí bảo trì.
      • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for recurring or critical equipment failures.
        Chủ trì phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (RCA) và triển khai hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa đối với các sự cố nghiêm trọng hoặc tái diễn.
      • Manage spare parts planning, inventory strategy, and critical spare parts to ensure equipment availability while optimizing inventory costs.
        Quản lý kế hoạch phụ tùng, tồn kho và phụ tùng quan trọng nhằm đảm bảo khả năng vận hành thiết bị đồng thời tối ưu chi phí tồn kho.
      • Develop and control maintenance budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, spare parts, and external maintenance services.
        Xây dựng và kiểm soát ngân sách bảo trì, bao gồm OPEX, CAPEX, phụ tùng và các dịch vụ bảo trì bên ngoài.
      • Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance optimization, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
        Thúc đẩy cải thiện độ tin cậy thiết bị, tối ưu PM, TPM, Kaizen và các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục.
      • Manage contractors and suppliers related to maintenance services, equipment, spare parts, and technical support.
        Quản lý nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp liên quan đến dịch vụ bảo trì, thiết bị, phụ tùng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.
      • Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance planning/team to ensure technical capability and performance achievement.
        Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ bảo trì nhằm đảm bảo năng lực chuyên môn và hoàn thành mục tiêu công việc.
      • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Safety, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and company standards.
        Đảm bảo toàn bộ hoạt động bảo trì tuân thủ các yêu cầu về An toàn, GMP, HACCP, 5S và tiêu chuẩn của Công ty.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
        Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện, Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc ngành liên quan.
      • At least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including experience in a supervisory/management role.
        Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì trong môi trường sản xuất, bao gồm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý/giám sát.
      • Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Reliability, RCA, TPM, and maintenance KPIs.
        Có kiến thức tốt về Bảo trì Phòng ngừa, Reliability, RCA, TPM và các KPI bảo trì.
      • Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance budget management is preferred.
        Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng CMMS/SAP PM và quản lý ngân sách bảo trì là một lợi thế.
      • Good leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
        Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, lập kế hoạch, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
      • Good English communication skills.
        Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

        Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

        Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
