PM (Preventive Maintenance) Engineer

Be responsible for good equipment condition & smooth equipment operation

Coordinate with PRD/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM teamSupport TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar

Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams

Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance

Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully

Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities

Prepare reports, machine documentation and provide full training to technician team

Support management in planning & implementing layout/ production technology & strategy

Control all technician performance Make sure all production machine run smoothly

Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate)

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electric fields

Proven experience (2 years or above) as the same position in manufacturing environment

- Machine trouble shotting skill

- Design skill is an advantage

- PLC program

- Knowledge about 8D, 5S, CPK, GR&R, clean, TPM

- Good teamwork,
