Job Description

Responsibility 1: Support to monthly closing book to ensure the accurate profit & loss reports and statement
- Assist in monthly book closing process by preparing, reviewing revenue and marketing related journal entries
- Provide the accurate reports of sales KPI, Online P&L to related departments and the monthly finance report to General Director
- Prepare presentation materials (excel, power point) for meetings of Management Team
- Prepare external reports for Governmental Departments (General Statistics Office of Vietnam, Department of Industry and Trade)
Responsibility 2: Support to provide and control financial forecasting reports to ensure the effective business plan
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and recurring forecast updates by reaching out to Online Team and GA Team to get Online sales & marketing and rental expenses
- Evaluate appropriateness of projections provided across key indicators and trends
- Assist in managing expense processing, financial projects, analysis and creation of reports as needed
Responsibility 3: Conduct financial analysis and provide reports by requested
- Provide the report of variances of actual vs. budget, this year vs. last year for management review
- Prepare additional ad-hoc reports and other duties as assigned by Line Manager and Finance Director.

Education: Bachelor Degree or above.
Major: Accounting - Auditing, Finance, Business Administration and other relevant majors.
Professional/professional certificates: Non-required
Professional knowledge (maximum no more than 05 contents):
- Understand the field of the Company, especially in retail & e-commerce
- Have good knowledge of finance analysis
- Necessary skills (maximum no more than 05 contents):
- Have highly developed financial analysis skill
- Have good report preparation skills
- Skillful using office tools and system : Excel, GMD, SAP
Other special requirements (maximum no more than 05 items):
- Can work well under high pressure, self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident
- Ready to work overtime (if any) and business travel
- Having good English communication is preferable
