Job Description

Ensure accurate and timely implementation of planograms in assigned retail stores
Collaborate with store management to execute planogram changes and updates
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to planograms as needed
Communicate with Product management teams to ensure promotional and seasonal displays are executed according to plan
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate planogram effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Provide training to store associates on planogram implementation and merchandising best practices
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about planogram strategy and execution
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform planogram development and execution

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in retail merchandising and planogram implementation preferred.
Ability to read and interpret planograms and schematics accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with store personnel and management.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards and product presentation.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate store schedules and deadlines.
