JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for activities and duties areas of Power systems and manufacturing engineering in all building while also supporting Building Facilities Department and company goals. Develop processes, procedures, and provide the necessary technical expertise that achieves and increasingly effective operation and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of assigned work order from Building Facility Manager in daily, weekly, monthly.
- List electrical devices & Equipment needed to PM in weekly, monthly, quarterly . . .
- Work with the Building Facility Manager to help develop the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance schedules for all DBs, MSBs, RMU, transformers, busways, circuit breakers, MCCBs, solar system, … for all buildings and substations. Develop BMS and SCADA to automate the power system to real-time monitoring and control.
- Ensure that all electrical circuits, distribution systems, control areas, and materials used are compliant with all applicable governmental, corporate, and FM global standards and codes.
- Develop safety programs and training in coordination with other departments related to all team and operational associations in regard to interactions with electrical equipment.
- Make sure that all electric devices are labeled and are updated into the Maximo system.
- Receive daily work order from Building Facility Manager to assign & management technicians to perform PM, CM activities, completed in strict accordance technical procedure, quality, safety timely and cleaning working area after completion.
- Request materials and supplies, such as tools, machines, and replacement parts for work activities ensuring compliance to safety and quality standards.
- Make the work completion reports, maintenance record, checklist in daily, weekly & monthly.
- Record and update power energy daily to further weekly report and analysis.
- To support the supervision of the new construction & renovation projects such as Solar project.
- Work with local EVN company to clarify the requirement of 22kV operation and maintenance.
- Training technicians in methods, procedures, and use of equipment and work aid, such as hand tools, and test equipment.
- Other tasks are assigned by Building Facilities Manager

Direct instruct the activities of electrical to ensure safe operation and maintenance of all substations, power systems.
