Job Description

Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department
Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost
Trouble shooting with related department
Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and
consistency quality levels and efficiency/ Measure the performance of the current process;
analyze current performance to identify best practices and root causes
Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control;
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant facility,
machine and equipment Plan, design and implement optimal assembly and process control
fixtures and equipment for current and new models using poka yoke discipline
Plan, design and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction using
layman’s term discipline.
Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in
the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level

4 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
Fluent spoken and written English
