Job Description

Acting in the role of costing after receiving a request from Sales.
In charge of pricing calculation with Sales Director’s review.
Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them.
Prepare analysis for monthly performance review meetings.
Study customer specifications (e.g., material type, size, printing method, finishing) to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and planning departments to gather up-to-date cost data (e.g., raw material cost, machine rates, labour cost).
Prepare and send cost quotations or costing sheets for internal approval or directly to the Sales team.
Review and update costing database regularly (e.g., materials, labour, machine hours).
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in post-job costing analysis to compare estimated vs. actual cost.
Maintain accurate costing records and ensure proper documentation.

University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
Cautiousness, honesty, influencing, good inter-personal and communication skills.
Systematic & strong analytical mind.
Good computer skills, specially using Excel.
Good command of English.
Having experience in Audit/ Costing at an international company.
Having experience in ERP system setup.
