Process Control Junior Staff

• I/ Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze daily production processes to ensure stable operation, product quality, and process efficiency.
• Collect, record, and analyze process data to identify abnormalities and support process optimization activities.
• Support troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by investigating process deviations and preparing technical reports.
• Perform basic process engineering calculations, including Mass & Energy Balance and process simulations, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support Phase 2 project implementation, including engineering documentation management, pilot tests, trial operations, and plant commissioning activities.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate technical communication between the Technology Team and production operators to ensure effective implementation of engineering improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, recovery rate, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company technical policies.

II/ Job Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Metallurgy, or related engineering disciplines (Fresh graduates or upcoming graduates are highly welcome).

2. Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Prior internship experience in chemical/metallurgical plants is an advantage

3.  Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of PFDs and P&IDs is preferred

4. Skills:

• English: proficient in communication and reporting
• Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
