Conduct process monitoring, testing, and data collection throughout production cycles.
Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop, characterize, and improve manufacturing processes using structured experimentation and data analysis.
Design and optimize equipment layouts, workflows, and process sequences to improve throughput and reduce waste.
Support cost estimation, capacity planning, and production scaling activities.
Establish and maintain safety procedures for handling chemicals, materials, and production equipment.
Perform risk assessments (FMEA, hazard analysis) and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product/process introductions.
Job Requirement
Education: BS degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (preferably in the semiconductor field), Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. (Candidates with degrees in Physics or other science/engineering disciplines will also be considered.)
Internship or project experience in Semiconductors, MEMS, PCB manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical data analysis.
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
Soft Skills:
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
