PROCESS ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

· Establish production conditions for the new product and line (Production Layout)

· Improve the quality of the line, Develop/perform the automation project for optimization activities.

· Investigate and propose measures to improve the line for defective products

· Analyze and improve material usage, cycle time

· Prepare work instructions and specifications for production process

· Train manufacturing personnel such as operators, technicians, and production leader.

· Perform route cause analysis and solve problem

· Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement machine availability through lean technique to enhance the capability of existing processes and remove waste

· Develop detailed project plans follow scope, schedule, cost, and quality target.

· Evaluate the features and costs of the line

Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
• Understanding about Vision machine and Printing process
• Understanding Lean manufacturing, OEE, Kaizen, PDCD, production 7 waste ...
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
