Process Engineer

• Work in the electronics industry, focusing on PCBA.
• Experience with SMT, including Printer, Pick and Place, Oven machines, and NPI.
• Follow the production line and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Prepare work instructions (WI), checklists, and procedure documents; oversee new production runs.
• Provide weekly summaries of short-term and long-term engineering issues needing improvement.
• Improve quality and production tools.
• Understanding of Cable/Box build production process.
• Investigate operational issues affecting production and recommend solutions.
• Prepare work instructions/check sheets/ Procedure documents and ensure operators are followed.

• Insight understanding of SMT electronics, Selective solder, Cable/ Box build.
• Ability to read and understand SMT machine documentation.
• Experience in the instruction assembly of new products (NPI)
• Read and understand customer and Geber documents
• Ability to read and understand machine documentation and proficiently use machines, tool.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, especially in listening and speaking.

(Monday-Friday & 2 Saturdays off per month)
