Process Improvement Engineer

TRIUMPH INTERNATIONAL (Vietnam) is a 100% FDI company leading in men’s and woman’s undergarments industry steped into Vietnam since 1992. Purpose of the job

• Drive Plant Improvement Activities / Project Management activities

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all data sources related to projects and maintain them up to date / accurately / on time
• Perform data analysis / visualization (Excel / Power BI) based on Project requirements
• Follow up all project activities with project owners in all departments based on project timeline
• Conduct regular project reviews with project teams
• Conduct Process Analysis based on project requirements
• Conduct Process audits based on plan,
• Conduct training / assist with project training execution
• Continuous learning on new tools / knowledge based on department managers requirement

• Bachelor Degree of Industrial Management/ System Engineering or other related majors
• Strong in Data analysis, especially Excel (Advanced level) & Power BI
• Lean 6 sigma knowledge will be a great advantage
• English communication (directly report to an expat)
• Good communication and collaboration skill
