Process Technology Senior staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:

- Support Phase 2 project execution, including review of basic & detail engineering documents, layouts, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and construction drawings.

- Participate in pre-construction technical reviews, constructability checks, and identification of potential process risks during Phase 2 implementation.

- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities for Phase 2 facilities.

- Evaluate process stability and abnormalities based on analytical data (e.g. Mo content, impurities, recovery trends) and identify potential process deviations or improvement points.

- Provide technical feedback to production and process control teams when abnormal trends or quality risks are detected.

- Support process optimization and yield improvement activities for molybdenum smelting operations, including slag loss reduction, recovery improvement, and WIP stabilization.

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key process parameters related to leaching, roasting, smelting, and material handling processes.

- Perform process simulations, mass balance checks, and layout improvements to support stable operation and future capacity expansion.

- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during normal operation, trial runs, and abnormal situations.

- Participate in pilot tests, trial operations, and improvement projects, and analyze test results with clear technical conclusions.

- Ensure compliance with document control rules, technical security policies.

- Support cross-functional collaboration with Production, QM, SCM, and HSE teams for stable and compliant plant operation.

II/ Job Requirements:

1. Education:

• Graduated with a Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering, Material, Metallurgical or relevant industries.

2. Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in chemical, metallurgical, mining, fertilizer, cement, sulfuric acid, or other continuous process industries..

3. Knowledge:

• Good understanding of chemical or metallurgical process engineering.
• Knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and mass balance.
• Experience in hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, sulfuric acid, or ferroalloy processes is preferred.

4. Skills:

• English: proficient in communication and reporting
• Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
