Job Description

  • Cost & Savings Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities through cost and commodity trend analysis. Ensure accurate reporting of procurement savings and cost avoidance with Finance.

  • Project & Financial Tracking: Support tracking of sourcing projects to meet financial targets and guide sourcing teams in cost-saving initiatives.

  • Cost Structure & Price Risk Management: Build cost structures for key materials with Sourcing and develop a commodity tracker for price risk management.

  • Collaboration with Finance & Sourcing: Work with Finance to set savings targets, track savings, and prepare financial presentations. Validate prices with Category Managers for accurate reporting.

  • Commodity Trend Reporting & Risk Management: Analyze and report commodity price trends, contributing to category price risk strategies.

  • Value Chain & Cost Ownership Analysis: Conduct value-chain and total cost of ownership analyses, collaborating with Sourcing, Purchasing, Customs, and Logistics to identify savings opportunities.

  • Spend Analysis & Procurement Collaboration: Perform spend analysis to identify savings and facilitate discussions on material cost impacts.

  • Vendor Risk Assessment: Assess financial risks associated with vendors to ensure stability.

Job Requirement

1. Education and Experience:

  • Male/ Female who are interested in procurement analysis and graduated with Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance, etc.
  • At least 2-year experience in business planning and analysis, with knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain an advantage
  • Good command of English language (4 skills) 

2. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Business planning and analysis;
  • Operational accounting performance measurements;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Maintain confidentiality;
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints;
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Excel, Word), specifically PowerBI, VBA, etc.
  • Ability to perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
