Procurement Executive

• Doing the material requirement planning and Purchase orders.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Vendor evaluation and management.
• Monthly purchase order tracking and shipment status following to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor raw material market trends and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, and Logistics teams.
• Handle supply issues including delays, shortages, and quality claims.
• Maintain inventory and safety stock levels.
• Do the PO payment application.
• Buying Promotion goods for trade MKT.
• Practice following ISO standard.
• Doing weekly/monthly/yearly purchase report.

•  Workplace:

  Cu Chi office - Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone (Shuttle bus from HCM City, Thu Duc City)

  Working time: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

  HCM office- Tan Binh district

  Working time: 08:30 – 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, International Trade, or related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of procurement experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry.

3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and understanding of Sourcing, Purchasing and Inventory management.

4. English communication

5. Other Skills: 

• Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management and under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful.
• Strong negotiation skills and good written & verbal command of English.
• Meticulous, proactive and logical thinking.
