Procurement & QS Engineer (Urgent)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. We are looking for a Procurement & QS Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers and subcontractors for construction and fit-out projects.
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders.
• Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, material deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Verify subcontractor claims and support payment processes.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, and Site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain procurement and cost control documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Quantity Surveying within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, BOQ, procurement, and cost control.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good English communication.
