Manage purchasing activities for direct materials, electronic components, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, and tooling based on business requirements.
Analyze demand, inventory levels, and procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply for operations and production.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with customers when required.
Support supply chain risk management and business continuity initiatives.
Prepare procurement reports, purchasing analyses, and KPI reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor's degree
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
Experience purchasing direct materials, electronic components, equipment, spare parts, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
Skills
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
