Procurement Supervisor

The Procurement Supervisor coordinates and negotiates with suppliers for low-cost, high-quality materials needed for project processes. He/she devises strategies for delivering outputs within budget and time constraints.

- Analyzes procurement performance against key performance indicators and produces reports for management.

- Plans timely procurement of relevant materials by liaising with other functions (e.g. production).

• Responsibility

  • Take part in buildings and machines, M&E projects

  • Manage all procurement activities including purchasing, subcontracting, expediting, transportation, and logistics

  • Reduce the number of emergency repairs and the need for full HVAC replacements.

  • Be responsible for the operations of the Procurement Indirects and support Direct where possible.

  • Organize biddings/tenders

  • Manage and develop suppliers - actively support the improvement of the service performance of suppliers.

  • Negotiate and follow up to improve the Credit Term including increasing the Day Of Payable to Suppliers and other privileges.

  • Contribute to saving projects

  • Directly involves in Global / regional negotiations

  • To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing high-quality products and complying with legal requirements

Job Requirement:

• 5 - 10 years experience in procurement, and at least 5 years in similar position at MNC Company

• Advanced at English both speaking and writing.

• Proven success record

• Work independently under high pressure

• Experience in Procurement Tools and Analytics

• Experience in Raw Materials – Resins, Films, Inks/Adhesives, Paper would be an asset
