Job Description

Assist in developing product design concepts under the guidance of the Product and Design Manager.
Support the product design process from ideation to prototyping, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to refine and finalize product designs.
Prepare detailed design documentation and technical drawings for production handoff.
Research industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation and market relevance.
Ensure design quality and adherence to company guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in product design, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong proficiency in design software & skill (e.g., Fusion 360, product rendering, adobe, sketching, AutoCAD, Rhino, sketchup or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured design process.
Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with internal departments.
Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
The experience or attention to art and culture is an advantage. Passion for design is a must.
Work logically and be open to learning new things is an advantage.
