Product Development Executive | Mlabel

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Owner / Developer Executive to join our Beauty team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of products, ensuring they meet market needs, align with brand values, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and beauty trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to turn consumer insights into successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and gaps in the Health & Beauty sector.

  • Define product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.

• Product Development:

  • Create detailed product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands.

  • Collaborate with design, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine product prototypes.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for new ideas.

• Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

  • Ensure projects stay on track by monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) for seamless execution.

• Incorporate feedback from focus groups, surveys, and trials for improvements

• Analyze product performance post-launch through sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion within the product portfolio.

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in product development, ideally in the Beauty industry.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Beauty trends, consumer behavior, and product innovations.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to translate market research into actionable product strategies.

  • Familiarity with product testing protocols and quality assurance processes.
