Job Description

  • All Day Run Team: 1 person

  • Partnership Team: 1 person
    (Levels: 1 Head, 1 Supervisor)

Objective:

Develop and manage new footwear models, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and a balance between design intent, cost targets, and manufacturing expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge of communication between Adidas HQ, LOD, and HSCC for new model development.

  • Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle: from receiving the brief → developing the sample → completing packaging.

  • Follow up on the sample-making schedule at development stages to ensure samples are shipped to customers on time.

  • Guarantee product excellence before shipment.

  • Collaborate with related teams: Tech Team (upper & tooling), engineers, materials, costing, and sample room for new models.

  • Ensure balance between design concept, cost goals, and production requirements.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

  • College degree or higher (preferably in footwear, engineering, or production management).

  • Experience in the footwear/shoe-making industry.

  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Careful, proactive, and highly responsible.
