Product Management Intern

Hello Health Group runs the largest health content and consumer health platforms in Southeast Asia with a growing telehealth, marketplace, and AI assistant ecosystem reaching 100M+ users every month. We operate in eight countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, and Taiwan. 

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Management Intern to join our Product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how digital health products are built, scaled, and improved to serve millions of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content) to support product discovery, development, and delivery.

 Responsibilities:

• Support writing product requirements and documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), log bugs, and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure smooth delivery of product features.
• Track product performance post-launch and propose improvements.
• Help maintain product documentation and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Marketing, Public Health, Design, or a related field.

• Good spoken and written communication skills in English

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and interest in health tech or product management.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in digital product development (personal or school projects count!).

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Notion.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX or data analytics.

• Comfortable reading and understanding English documents.
