Job Description

Business Strategy: Besides Tender business, a strategic expansion to pharmacy channel is requested on Pharmacy chains and independent pharmacy
Product Strategy: Develop brand plans for selected products in Hospital Tender and Pharmacy channel
Work closely with Country Product Team as well as Marketing Headquarters.
Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize marketing activities to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness
Supporting field force to reach target;
Conduct training for Product Team as needed, including Product Knowledge, Obstacle Handling, and Promotional Materials;
Fulfill any additional task if requested by Country Manager

Pharmacist or Doctor
Good Knowledge in pharmaceuticals & medical as well as Tender regulation.
Min 5 years of experience in marketing role of pharmaceutical business. Priority to experience of pharmacy management
Good English and Good communication
