Job Description

Manage and organize personnel in the production area; assign tasks and ensure production plans are carried out as required.
Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
Monitor productivity, production progress, and raw material consumption; ensure food safety and hygiene standards; handle and report non-conforming products.
Supervise occupational safety in the assigned production area.

Job Requirement

College/University degree in Food Technology, Biology, Food Processing, Food Preservation, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in a Team Leader, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, or similar position.
Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience working at bread manufacturing factories is an advantage.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
