Production Artist

Ensure the processing and preparation of fabric label or paper printing files are accurate, technically correct and in accordance with production requirements, in order to create high quality printed label products, on schedule, meeting customer standards and optimizing production efficiency.

• Receive plan and check artwork files.
• Base on the process standards for layout processing.
• Export print files in standard formats, compatible with software and plate recording devices
• Check and proofread print files for technical errors before moving to production.
• Preflight file and coordinate to related department to get correction action if any mis-match between file and PO.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness files before handing them over to production department, in order to meet the highest product quality standards.
• Ensure the file aligns with production standards and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduated of printing/ packaging technology is an advantage
• 2 - 3 years experience as prepress
• Proficient in Adobe software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Prefer to be familiar with iMac
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of the printing industry and proficiency in file management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
