1. Production Planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Operate the Manufacturing module in Odoo; collect, organize, and analyze production data and performance metrics to support production planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Maintenance to ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available.
- Update and adjust production schedules when priorities change.
- Follow up on production orders to ensure on-time completion.
- Monitor production performance against the production plan.
2. Inventory & Material Control
- Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available.
- Monitor material consumption and report any abnormal usage.
- Support inventory reconciliation when required.
3. Other tasks:
- Assist in resolving production issues and escalating major problems to the Head of Operations.
- Others tasks assigned from Direct Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or production administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP/Odoo systems is an advantage.
- English communication skills are preferred
