Job Description

Production Data Management & KPI Monitoring

  • Collect, validate, and analyze production data (Output, Efficiency, Scrap, Downtime, Overtime).
  • Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production KPI dashboards.
  • Identify performance gaps and abnormal trends through data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and standardization across production lines.
  • Support management review with clear and structured data reporting.

Productivity & Efficiency Improvement

  • Conduct line balancing and manpower optimization studies.
  • Perform time study and establish standard cycle time.
  • Improve labor productivity (Output / Man-hour).
  • Optimize layout and material flow to reduce waste.
  • Support overtime control through capacity and workload analysis.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Lead Kaizen activities and waste reduction projects.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles (5S, waste elimination, visual management).
  • Drive scrap reduction and process efficiency improvement.
  • Monitor and track improvement project effectiveness.

Problem Solving & Process Optimization

  • Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 7 QC tools.
  • Improve process stability and reduce variation.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Standardize best practices and update SOPs when necessary.

Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization

  • Perform capacity analysis and bottleneck identification.
  • Support production planning with manpower and equipment utilization analysis.
  • Recommend improvement plans to balance workload across lines.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (preferred) or related Engineering field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing / production environment.
  • Experience in productivity analysis and continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience in time study and line balancing is required
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools and methods.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of production KPIs and efficiency calculation.
  • Basic statistical analysis knowledge.
