Production Director Assistant

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT: 

• Assisting production director with daily tasks. 
• Being a supporter for production supervisors to conduct tasks related to production. 
• Being responsible for administrative tasks as assigned. 
• Creating and providing decided documents, guidelines, information procedures ETC. to production. 
• Conducting follow-up meetings with concerned people or teams regarding open issues. 
•  Minor problem-solving meetings with concerned people or teams. 

TRANSLATOR AND INTERPRETER: 

• Translating documents from Vietnamese to English or vice versa. 
• Participating in production meetings and performing as an interpreter. 
• Being a personal interpreter for the production director to communicate with production employees. 
• Acting as interpreter when meeting with External suppliers or customers

 PRODUCTION: 

• Management whole production planning process 
• Communication with European customer about planning / delivery issues 
• Tracking all incoming production information. 
• Creating relevant documents such as Cutting List, Logbook, Production control documents and provide them to the different production departments. 
• Creating or modifying new Cutting Lists with guidelines from Product Manager. 
• Updating Cutting List with relevant information related to Production. 
• Creating and printing product labels. 
•  Support during ERP implementation and management of ERP production modules 
• Support by improvement projects 
• Willingness to learn whole production process (theoretically and practically) 

• Good at English (4 skills)
• Computer skills o Required MS Office
• Preferred working experience 2 – 5 years
