Job Description

Working Location: Bến Cát, Bình Dương (Shuttle bus provided)

1. Production Management

  • Take full responsibility before the Executive Board for organizing, operating, and ensuring the efficiency of production activities at the factories, including quality, schedule, productivity, and production cost
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to ensure timely delivery in line with business requirements.
  • Organize and allocate human resources and production lines efficiently, optimizing manpower and equipment capacity.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve production processes, technical standards, ISO regulations, 5S, safety, occupational hygiene, and fire prevention systems.
  • Direct and/or participate in resolving production incidents, conducting technical improvements, and enhancing product quality.
  • Develop and control labor norms, material consumption norms, and other production-related standards.

2. Continuous Improvement & Development

  • Implement and promote continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean, 5S, etc.) to increase efficiency and reduce waste and production costs.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to improve products and production processes.
  • Train and develop successors, build a professional manufacturing culture, and enforce discipline and internal regulations.

3. Supply Chain & Materials Management

  • Consolidate production and sales plans to submit to the Executive Board for approval.
  • Approve material requirements and seek suitable suppliers based on the delegated authority.
  • Organize and supervise goods delivery and transportation to optimize cost and vehicle utilization.
  • Strictly control inventory, material loss, and the effectiveness of production equipment usage

4. Finance & Reporting

  • Manage finances and control production costs within the delegated authority.
  • Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc production reports to the Company’s Board of Directors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Board.

Job Requirement

1. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields

2. SKILLS

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Systematic thinking with the ability to oversee and manage the entire production chain from input to finished goods.
  • In-depth understanding of production processes and operation of machinery in mechanical and aluminum-glass manufacturing
  • Good English communication skills.

3. EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.
  • Experience in make-to-order manufacturing companies, especially in precision engineering, aluminum-glass, furniture, or light industries not focused on mass production. (PLUS)
