Production Engineer - Kỹ sư sản xuất

1. PRODUCTION PROGRESS

• Monitor production progress to ensure adherence to planned schedules and optimize processes.
• Allocate workforce and machinery effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure smooth production flow, on-time delivery, and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Work with relevant departments to arrange progress in accordance with delivery capacity

2. QA (Quality Assurance)

• Work close with the other teams such as COE, Machine maintenance,QC team in order to improve the production.
• Improve the process of the production, optimize the step that wasting the machine productivity
• Discuss with team members to implement improvements to encourage a more productive work situation
• Implement product quality improvement projects, implement new product running processes, evaluate processes and propose on-line quality control solutions.

3. AUTOMATION MACHINE

• Supervise the operation of automation machines to ensure stability and high performance.
• Propose and implement automation solutions to optimize production processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular inspections and upkeep to minimize downtime.

4. REPORTING

• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports to update production status including output, schedule attainment, working efficiency
• Prepare investigation reports, clarify root causes, and propose corrective actions when internal abnormalities or customer complaints arise.

1. Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or related field
2. Foreign language: Prefer English: Good communication
3. Years of Experience: Preferably at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with 3 years in a similar field related to insole production.
4. The candidate is available for shift work.
