Job Description

Phân tích, thiết kế và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất, chất lượng và giảm chi phí.
Theo dõi, đánh giá và cải tiến các quy trình hiện tại để đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và an toàn.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Sản xuất, QA/QC, R&D, Bảo trì) để triển khai các dự án cải tiến quy trình.
Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc, tiêu chuẩn vận hành.
Đào tạo nhân viên sản xuất về quy trình mới hoặc cải tiến.
Giám sát việc áp dụng công nghệ, thiết bị mới trong dây chuyền sản xuất.
Analyze, design, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve existing processes to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Collaborate with related departments (Production, QA/QC, R&D, Maintenance) to implement process improvement projects.
Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train production staff on new or improved processes.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and equipment in production lines.

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (Cơ khí, Cơ– Điện tử; Quản lý công nghiệp; hoặc liên quan).
Có kinh nghiệm từ 0–5 năm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất hoặc kỹ thuật quy trình.
Hiểu biết về Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen là lợi thế.
Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, giải quyết vấn đề và tư duy cải tiến liên tục.
Khả năng giao tiếp, phối hợp nhóm và quản lý dự án.
Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm kỹ thuật và công cụ phân tích (AutoCAD, Office, v.v.).
Tiếng anh đọc viết; ưu tiên giao tiếp tốt.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields).
0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is a plus.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
Good communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Proficient in engineering software and analytical tools (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Good reading and writing skills in English; communication skills are preferred.
