– Machine troubleshooting, maintenance for the dispenser machine; plasma cleaning machine; laser machine, coating machine.
– Make new program for the machine ( Dispenser machine , Laser machine, Plasma machine…), follow trial run for production change, new model.
– Optimize the effective of dispenser machine, Laser machine, plasma machine …. : tact time, loss time and capacity.
– Control coating machine when operation process, solve problem to ensure the coating machine system works stably
– Check conditions of machine in all process before production and record in the check sheet.
– Follow items in R&D process: (Evaluate material, setting condition, trial run…) and prepare conditions for mass production.
– Issue SOP and standards for new model before mass production.
– Other tasks as requirement from managers.

– Male 23~35 years old
– Foreign language skill: English
– Graduated college relate to major : electronic, electrical, Mechanical.
– Have working experience with Dispenser machine, Laser machine, camera inspection system or glue apply automatic system.
– Have experience about R&D, new model development.
– Have working experience in manufacturing factory. Understand the cycle time, tact time, loss time, capacity…
– Can use Autocad or Solid work, Microsoft Office is an advantage.
– Have skills in analyzing, Summarizing and solving problems.
