Identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented and tracked.
Enhance analysis and reporting capability of LL/SV through guidance, templates, and on-job coaching.
Contribute to standardization of processes and sharing of best practices.
Facilitate preparation and validation of production conditions (machine setting, process, inspection) for new or technically complex products
Conduct time study to validate process data accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Ability to analyze production data.
Basic knowledge of process standardization and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools.
Hands-on mindset with willingness to work closely at factory to understand actual conditions.
Basic English communication (reading technical documents is required).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing environment (Slitting, Shearing, Pressing, Notching, Cutting Core) is preferred.
