Lead and supervise daily production activities across Metal Assembly and Press (Stamping) lines
Ensure production targets following SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
Monitor assembly processes (welding, fitting, metal structures) and stamping operations
Oversee press machines, dies, and related equipment to ensure stable operation
Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
Train, coach, and develop operators and technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
2–5 years of experience in metal assembly, stamping, or automotive manufacturing
Hands-on experience with press machines, dies, and metal assembly processes
Leadership or supervisory experience is required
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and problem-solving tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in shifts
