Production Intern

• Support the development, review, and standardization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

• Observe production operations to understand actual working methods and process steps.

• Draft and format SOPs, WIs, and process documentation based on guidance from Process Engineers.

• Collect process data, photos, and operational details to support documentation.

• Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and engineers to verify the accuracy of procedures.

• Support the implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, video making for documentation.

• Basic understanding of process flow, standard work, or quality systems is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, structured and logical thinking.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Able to complete 3 month-internship time.

• Able to provide recommendation letter from university.
