Job Description

Support production planning and execution in line with customer orders and capacity.
Coordinate between production, maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams.
Monitor key production KPIs: productivity, on-time delivery, scrap rate, rework rate, customer complains.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality or process issues.
Support cost control initiatives related to labor, materials, energy, and chemicals.
Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, process optimization).
Prepare production performance reports and improvement proposals for management review.
Enforce workplace safety, chemical handling, and 6S discipline.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Technology, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Over 7 years of experience in textile / dyeing / sewing thread manufacturing.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
Continuous improvement mindset, good analytical, problem-solving
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
English communication skills: Good
