1. Lập kế hoạch & triển khai sản xuất

• Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất đáp ứng nhu cầu kinh doanh và chuỗi cung ứng.
• Quản lý hoạt động sản xuất hằng ngày, đảm bảo sử dụng hiệu quả nhân lực, nguyên vật liệu và thiết bị.
• Theo dõi tiến độ, năng suất, yield và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành kế hoạch.

2. Quản lý tuân thủ & chất lượng

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ cGMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, SOP và các quy định chất lượng liên quan.
• Kiểm soát hồ sơ sản xuất, phối hợp xử lý Deviation, Change Control, CAPA và các hoạt động audit.
• Duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, kiểm soát nhiễm chéo và an toàn trong sản xuất.

3. Tối ưu hóa quy trình & cải tiến liên tục

• Thúc đẩy các hoạt động cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất, giảm lãng phí và tối ưu chi phí.
• Nâng cao hiệu suất thiết bị (OEE), giảm thời gian dừng máy và cải thiện hiệu quả vận hành.
• Hỗ trợ chuyển giao công nghệ, scale-up và các hoạt động validation.

4. Quản lý & phát triển đội ngũ

• Lãnh đạo, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ sản xuất.
• Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc, nâng cao năng lực nhân sự và xây dựng kế hoạch kế nhiệm.
• Thúc đẩy văn hóa tuân thủ, an toàn và cải tiến liên tục.

5. Phối hợp liên phòng ban

• Phối hợp với Planning, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering và Regulatory Affairs nhằm đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.
• Tham gia các dự án sản phẩm mới, trial batch, validation và các chương trình cải tiến.

6. An toàn & EHS

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, sức khỏe nghề nghiệp và môi trường.
• Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và triển khai các biện pháp cải tiến an toàn trong sản xuất.

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute production plans in alignment with business demand and supply chain requirements.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor production schedules, productivity, and yield performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.

2. Compliance & Quality Management

• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.
• Manage production documentation and collaborate in handling deviations, change controls, CAPA, and audit activities.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, contamination control, and manufacturing safety.

3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
• Improve equipment effectiveness (OEE), minimize downtime, and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Support technology transfer, scale-up activities, and validation programs.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations, strengthen workforce capabilities, and support succession planning.
• Foster a culture of compliance, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI), trial batches, validation projects, and process improvement initiatives.

6. Safety & EHS

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement initiatives to improve workplace safety and environmental performance.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Thạc sĩ ngành Dược, Hóa học, Kỹ thuật Hóa học hoặc ngành liên quan.
• Có từ 7–15 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất dược phẩm, trong đó tối thiểu 3–5 năm ở vị trí quản lý/giám sát.
• Hiểu biết sâu về GMP, hướng dẫn pháp lý (WHO, EU) và quy trình sản xuất dược phẩm.
• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về hồ sơ sản xuất, tuân thủ chất lượng và audit.
• Có kiến thức về thiết bị sử dụng trong sản xuất OSD/sterile/liquid.
• Có kiến thức về sản xuất thuốc tiêm và thuốc dạng rắn dùng đường uống (OSD), ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm sản xuất các sản phẩm có hoạt tính cao (highly potent products).

• Thành thạo ERP và các phần mềm quản lý sản xuất.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, pharmaceutical regulations (WHO, EU), and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience in production documentation, quality compliance, and audit management.
• Good understanding of equipment used in OSD, sterile, and liquid manufacturing operations.
• Experience in injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing; experience with highly potent products is preferred.
