Organize and implement production engineering activities; establish and manage production line targets to ensure performance, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met.
Train and develop the production workforce to meet technical and operational requirements.
Implement and monitor compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively to align with production objectives.
Organize pre-production meetings, sample sewing, and technical documentation deployment.
Welcome and coordinate with partners/customers during their visits to the factory.

Male/Female. Age: 27-45 years old
Graduated from the university
Have 3-5 years of experience in production management of a garment factory with a scale of 500 people, specializing in polo products.
