Production Manager

1. Set work plans, production plans, and targets.

2. Manage and control production processes according to production methods.

3. Manage machinery and equipment used in production.

4. Establish correct and appropriate work procedure standards according to company policy.

5. Manage workplace safety and environmental compliance.

6. Prepare reports, analyze issues for prevention, and provide explanations to customers and management.

Key Activities:

- Control production and export processes according to targets

- Monitor, analyze, and solve production-related problems

- Control waste from production processes to reduce costs

- Provide consultation and guidance for product improvement

- Comply with company policies, regulations and support various standard system development projects such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, GHPs, IWAY, FSSC 22000, HACCP Plan, BRC, and other industry certifications. Others assignment

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
The company provides shuttle bus from Dong Nai, Binh Duong – Tay Ninh route.
