Job Description

1. Production Management:

  • Proposes measures to increase the productivity and effieciency of production processes.
  • Manage production data and help for reviewing and annalyzing to improve effeciency and reduce waste.
  • Collabrating with other department such as Quality, Engineering, WH, Planning to ensure production meets the company goals and revenue as well.
  • Checks compliance with ISO standards in Production processes.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of the daily production plan.
  • Responsible for proper and verified technical documentation, Process Instruction, production method and work cycles.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the whole production place.
  • Implement Gemba audit to coach subordiante all nonconformity to aware and proactively fix them.

2. Continuous Improvement:

  • Annalysis and implement innovation/ kaizens to reduce and/ or restore any production losses.
  • Understanding 8 waste losses to eliminate all kind of waste.
  • Drive production team to hit the Kaizen target.

3. Health and Safety:

  • Control of compliance with established rules and regulations in the field of Health, Safety and environmental protection by all employees of production.
  • Gemba check with EHS to find out all kind of risk to health and safety
  • Acts in such a way as to prevent accidents at work, immediately reports accidents at work to responsible person, writes a record of the accident, participates in the investigation of the cause of accidents, implementation of corrective measures.

4. Quality:

  • Collaborate with QA department to prepare the instruction, regulations in the field of Production, supervision of valid document.
  • Proactively problem solving daily quality issue to prevent defects.
  • Reprots 8D to find out rootcause and take corrective action accordingly.

5. People Managemant:

  • Manage directly all staff of production departement and maintaining a culture of high performance in order to ensure the development of team members, transfer of know how, also guarantee the proper training of employees.
  • Regulary evaluates employees and provides constructive feedback.
  • Co-operation with HRM in the field of labeo law, monitors compliance with work discipline and work rule, proposes disciplinary and corrective measure.
  • Leading by example - your actions will set the tone for the rest of the team.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Recognize and reward your team members for their hard work and successes.
  • Mantain a positive and suportive work environment.
  • Coaching and guideline potential candidate for next generation.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field (master's degree preferred)

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years leadership experience in managing Production Departmentor a similar role within a PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment.

3. Others: 

  • Good at English (reading, writing, speaking & listening).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Zero incident in production.
  • Delivery on time.
  • Save cost through Kaizen application. 
  • Zero finding in 7S or Auditor. 
  • Coaching next generation and strong team, hard working team.
