1. Scheduler and Sales Order management:
- Make order review to production, review raw material and capacity.
- Read completed order review report and coordinate the questions to customers.
- Make production schedule and daily meetings with production.
- Deal with customers if the ship dates not met customer requirements.
- Revise and update the schedules if abnormal happened
- Changes of delivery due dates are communicated to relevant personnel promptly.
- Work with production to expedite orders and ensuring that jobs are on schedule.
2. Customer services.
- Send order confirmation to customers based on overall capacity report.
- Handle all the questions from customers regarding to delivery, planning.
- Forward the questions in term of quality, quotation to correct person internally.
- Ensure all the questions from customers are responded within 24 hours.
- Send the open orders to customers to cross check weekly.
- Inform customers if any delay or ask for early shipment accepted.
3. On Time Delivery control.
- Control WIP (Work In Process) to ensure on time delivery is maintained.
- Attend the meeting of Schedule Adherence (SA)
- Solve the issues belong to planning responsibility and update the report SA.
- Coordinate with cross function to make sure on time delivery.
4. Inventory Management
- Calculate and issue material enough to prevent extra finished goods.
- Provide materials rolling forecast to shorten the lead time of raw material.
- Priority to utilize rework, re-class material to reduce inventory value.
