Job Description

Check capacity requirements (man, machine) based on master production plan
Align capacity adaptions together with supply-chain planning and production department (supervisor, TL)
Check material requirements and align with stock quantities
Follow-up material deliveries of raw-materials, components and out-sourced processes with purchasing and supply-chain planning
Create production orders based on master production plan
Prepare production order documentation and hand out to production team leaders
Follow-up on running production orders
Regularly adjust production orders based on actual production performance
Regularly feedback actual production performance to supply-chain planning
Collect finished production orders and arrange documents and records
Responsible for managing and updating of production process folders
Check actual quantities of raw-materials and WIP and compare with ERP System (BRAVO)
Ensure identification and traceability throughout the production process
