Production Planning Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monitoring daily production schedules and ensuring alignment with demand forecasts
• Arrange containers based on approval shipment plan
• Help prepare weekly planning report
• Coordinate with procurement team, shipment team, warehouse, to ensure smooth materials flow
• Support the preparation and updating of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) reports.
• Track inventory levels and highlight potential shortages or excesses.

• Final-year student or fresher majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate in handling schedules, forecasts, and inventory data
• Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) concepts.
• Awareness of demand forecasting and capacity planning principles.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
