Job Description:

1. Manage orders

2. Develop, update, and report production plans

3. Monitor production progress

4. Track the status of orders, raw materials, equipment, etc.

5. Prepare periodic reports: actual output, revenue, inventory by month, quarter, year, and period.

6. Investigate causes of discrepancies

7. Prepare procedures for quality assessments

8. Control revenue, finished goods inventory, intermediate (semi-finished products), PSI (forecast, actual, budget) according to targets

9. Calculate and monitor machine capacity, participate in improving productivity, planning external processing.

10. Other tasks

Requirements:

1. Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in fields related to production, supply chain, planning

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

3. Communication in English is required:  At least  level with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing equivalent to TOEIC 550 points / Japanese N3
