Production Planning Officer/ Nhân Viên Lập Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất

Job Objective

Plan and manage production and packaging materials to ensure smooth production, on-time delivery, and effective coordination with related departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan machine startup and develop production plans; monitor production progress.

• Plan and manage procurement of raw materials (plastic pellets, color pellets) in line with production schedules.

• Plan, monitor, and control procurement of packaging materials, labels, stickers, and related items.

• Check FG stock weekly and compare with sales forecasts to plan production and shipment quantities.

• Issue production orders and purchase requests (PR) accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with Sales and ERP teams regarding artwork, packaging specifications, material setup, BOM updates, and system data accuracy.

• Monitor packaging material and FG stock to ensure availability and compliance with customer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and support implementation of management systems and certifications (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, BRC, etc.).

• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Expected Results

• Ensure efficient production planning and machine startup to meet delivery requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement and inbound planning of raw and packaging materials.

• Maintain accurate material data and purchasing records in the system.

Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Company shuttle bus is provided from Dong Nai & Binh Duong – Tay Ninh route.

Job Specifications (Required Qualifications)

1. Education Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Working Experiences
At least 1 year of experience in procurement.
