- Daily Finished Goods Tracking & Data Integrity (≈ 30%)
• Input finished goods receipts, movements, and adjustments into the system accurately and on time every day.
• Perform daily physical vs system stock reconciliation for finished goods; investigate and escalate discrepancies immediately with root cause analysis.
• Verify and archive daily packing lists, delivery notes, and related documents; maintain both digital and physical filing systems to audit-ready standards.
• Support month-end and ad-hoc inventory counts and Einhell group reporting requirements.
- Production Scheduling & Raw Material Coordination (≈ 25%)
• Input and maintain daily/weekly production schedules in the system based on confirmed demand.
• Monitor raw material availability vs production plan; proactively flag shortages or excesses and coordinate adjustments with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supervisor.
• Track production output vs plan in real time; report variances daily and support corrective actions to protect on-time delivery.
• Assist in planning for special processes by ensuring material readiness and schedule feasibility.
- Demand Analysis, Inventory Optimization & Transition Support (≈ 20%)
• Support production planning by consolidating sales orders, seasonality, promotions, and new product inputs.
• Perform basic inventory analysis and propose actions to Supervisor.
• Provide accurate availability data and planning support for export orders, ensuring compliance with documentation and lead time commitments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting (≈ 15%)
• Serve as key contact between Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Key Account Dept, on daily demand changes, availability issues, schedule adjustments, and line-down alerts.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to Supervisor and relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues immediately with clear facts and recommended actions.
- Systems, Master Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement (≈ 10%)
• Maintain high integrity of planning master data in coordination with relevant functions.
• Identify recurring planning process gaps or data quality issues; propose practical improvements to Supervisor for implementation.
• Ensure all planning activities and records support Einhell group standards, local labor/quality regulations, and export compliance requirements.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisor or General Director to support overall operations resilience.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in demand planning, production planning, inventory control, or MRP-related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in fasteners, hardware, packaging, consumer goods, or power tool/accessories industry is a strong advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, basic VBA or Power Query is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent). Ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Solid understanding of MRP concepts, BOM structures, production scheduling, and inventory management principles (safety stock, ABC analysis, turnover).
• Familiarity with demand forecasting basics and ability to interpret sales trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts.
