PRODUCTION SCHEDULING

-        Scheduling and maintain dyeing planning on each machine based on request of order and dyeing rules.

-        Optimize dyeing machine utilization to maximize productivity and meet highest fulfil rate of order.

-        Coordinate with Planning, Dyeing team, Color Lab team to ensure dyeing scheduling is smoothly.

-        Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders, delays, or operational changes.

-        Work with Dyeing team to ensure materials, dyes, and chemicals are available before production starts.

-        Monitor machine capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.

-        Maintain accurate order data in ERP and Sedomaster to ensure schedule accuracy.

-        Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency, delivery performance, and resource utilization.

-        Execute the extra jobs assigned by manager

• College/University/Vocational School graduates.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Have good command skills in English/Chinese and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
