Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Filming and Photography: Capture photos and videos as required, including program events, photoshoots, promotional content, and internal activities.

• Event Recap Production: Film and produce engaging recap videos for events, workshops, and company milestones.

• Editing and Post-production: Edit videos with appropriate transitions, music, and graphics to create professional-quality outputs.

• Retouch and color-correct photos to ensure consistent brand standards.

• Content Management: Organize and archive raw and edited visual assets systematically.

• Equipment Handling: Maintain and operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the MarCom, Design, and Event teams to understand production requirements and deliver on deadlines.

• Stay up to date with new techniques and trends in video production and photography.

Requirements:

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in photography, videography, and video editing.

• Proficiency in using professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, audio recording gear).

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or Davinci Resolve.

• Good eye for composition, color, and storytelling in visual media.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
